教員一覧

これまでは日本の地方レベルの政党制を含む諸制度と住民自治（local democracy）の関係を比較の視座で検証してきた。地方議会における政党政治、 地方議員の党派性、首長と政党の関係、地域政党や新党の地方組織などを対象に分析してきた。今後は住民自治に関係する諸制度の背景にある規範的意識 （normative ideas）における日本と他国の実態を比較していきたい。とりわけ、自治制度改革を正当化・誘導する公的な言説（public discourse）を対象に、 日本・スウェーデン・英国・ドイツなどの事例から地方政治の規範論を整理・体系化していきたい。
